The apartment is ideally situated for the beaches, restaurant and shops all a short walk away. The Sandbanks ferry is a short walk and takes you over to the beautiful national trust beach of Studland with great views back to Sandbanks and Poole Harbour. We go by foot and it is free to return at any time. Alternatively you can take the car over and explore Studland and Purbeck with National Trust Corfe Castle about a 20 minute drive. Another great option is to pick up the 50 bus in the summer called the Purbeck Breezer as you can sit upstairs on the open top deck and take in the views to Swanage with the bus having priority on the ferry you won't have to queue and the kids will love it.
