There are several ways to get to Drake. Fly in by Sansa or Nature Air is perhaps the quickest and easiest. You can fly in to Palmar Sur, take a taxi to Sierpe, and catch the 11:30 or 3:30 boat to Drake. This is the most scenic way to arrive and is quite adventurous feeling when you merge into the ocean from the river. If you have a rental car, for a low fee you can leave it in Sierpe, or you can now have the barge take it across and then drive the new road to Drake.

You can also arrive by car during the dry seasn only. Get a 4 X4 due to having to cross several rivers.
