Getting around

Gozo is very well served but its own bus system. Just a five minute walk away is a bus stop connecting Qala with the rest of Gozo and ferry crossing to Malta too Taxis are also plentiful and affordable. From June 2021 a high speed passenger ferry service starts operating between Mgarr Harbour and Valletta taking not more than 45 minutes each. This now makes it possible to stay in Gozo and visit Valletta for the day to enjoy this gem of Europe's smallest capital city.
