Via US 212 E - 68 miles from the gate, 1 hour and 45 minutes over the Beartooth Pass (called the most beautiful highway in America by Charles Karault) or less harrowing but longer 47 miles, via US-14 E/US-16 E/US-20 E and WY-120 W takes about 2 hours.

East Gate

110 miles and about 2 hours utilizing the Chief Joseph Highway.
