How to get there

DIRECTIONS BY CAR (Post code: TR26 1NN)

From the A30, take the A3074 to St Ives,

you will drive through the small villages of Lelant, Longstone and Carbis Bay,

drive down the hill into the town keeping the sea on your right,

drive down Tregenna Place,

turn right into the High Street,

turn left into Market Place which will lead into Lifeboat Hill,

from Lifeboat Hill you will lead into Wharf Road,

drive along Wharf Road, known as the harbour front until you get to the Sloop Inn at the end of Wharf Road

take a left turn into Fish Street just after the Sloop Inn drive up the hill,

take the first left into St Peters Street and we are 10 yards on your right.

Parking is limited and unfortunately there is no permanent parking outside the cottage, only drop off.

When you arrive, park opposite the cottage as far on the left hand side of the road as possible so as not to block the road for passing vehicles. Drop your luggage off. It may be possible to reverse back down the road and drive up Fish Street, you can then turn right to the Island Car Park, if that is full it is probably not worth waiting so use Barnoon car park behind the Tate Gallery or the car park at the leisure centre with its shuttle bus to town.

Getting around

St Ives is small enough to explore by foot, for journeys out of St Ives there is some public transport in the form of buses and trains and taxis
