While you can easily walk to at least 8 wineries from our property, as well as a couple of restaurants, a small grocery store, and some cute shops, it is recommended that you have a car to travel from airports as well as many of the fun destinations around us (like Bodega Bay at the coast, about 45 minutes away, or Napa Valley about 35 minutes away). There is an airport shuttle that will take you from the airports if necessary, but for multiple guests, a rental car is often cheaper. There are taxis that will take you to downtown Sonoma or Santa Rosa, and Uber is available, but not as instant as it is in metropolitan areas. Often, a call to our local Taxi company is quicker than Uber.
