We are approximately 30 minutes from Cape Town International Airport. A car is recommended so you don't miss out on the many sights and activities a short drive from our cottage. There is private, secure parking available.

Getting around
A car is recommended to see the many sights a short drive from the Strand. Strand is a perfect base if you want to try out numerous golf courses which are in close proximity. It is conveniently situated between Hermanus (whale watching) in the East, Franschhoek/Stellenbosch (wine farms and mountains) in the north and Cape Town in the West.
