How to get there
If you are coming from Ljubljana, when you pass Senozece, take the exit for Trieste all the way to the toll station DANE. If you are coming on the highway from Koper, look for the exit Trst, Sežana, take this exit and continue untill the toll station DANE. Coming from Italy exit Sežana East and turn left towards the village Dane. At the toll take the first exit (on your right) and turn right and immediately left into the village Dane. Follow the main road. After 300m you will see the hotel Grahor and take the road that passes a chapel (shrine) on the left and you will start descending into the village. You will pass a playground on the rigt and still continue on the left. From the playground take the second street (uphill) on the right and
Getting around
The easisest way to get around is a car that you can come on your own or you can rent right in the city of Sezana. Otherwise there is also the possibility to call a taxi. For those more active that would like to discover the surronding and do something for their health, there is the possibility to rent a bicycle. In Sezana you can find public transport in all directions such as bus or train. There are 3 big supermarkets, 2 gas stations, 4 banks, post office... The house is just a shot away from Trieste (Italy) and an hour drive away from the capital Ljubljana (Slovenia).
