From A30 passing Launceston at Kennards House turn left signed North Cornwall/Camelford (A39) Continue on A39 towards Wadebridge. Follow signs for Truro still on A39. At Winnards Perch roundabout turn right signed Padstow B3274 for 3 miles to crossroads. At crossroads turn left signed St Merryn. Next crossroads, go straight over go along then pass The Atlantic Bays Holiday Park, then road bends sharply right, turn left on the bend by post box and sign saying Porthcothan and Treyarnon, continue pass 2 u bends along the straight take the first left by the sign saying Porthcothan and Treyarnon. Follow the road to the bottom and just before the bridge at the bottom is Trevio Farmhouse entrance on the right, the sign to the property is high upmon the entrance. The farmhouse is at the top of the lane.
