The nearest railway station is at Rosslare Strand which is 11kms (7.5 miles) from the property. It is a rural area, and there are no regular public transport services within walking distance of the property. For this reason we recommend that you bring your own car, or hire a car. There is ample parking provided at the house. Taxi and minibus hire are available locally to collect from public transport and drop at the house.

Getting around
The house is located on one of Wexford's designated cycle routes, between Rosslare and Kilmore Quay. A lockable shed is included with the property for secure storage of bicycles. There is a pub and restaurant within easy walking distance, the beach, Tacumshane Lake and Our Lady's Island Lake can all be reached on foot, along with 3 of the sights on the Norman Way Heritage trail. Taxi and mini-bus hire are available in the area for nights on the town. Booking is essential for these services, please enquire for details before you arrive. There are no regular public transport services in the area, so a car really is the only way to see most of the sights!
