By Air to Stornoway, from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Inverness (FlyBE) or Aberdeen (Eastern Airways), it is very easy to hire a car from Mackinnon Self-Drive (01851) 702984, who will deliver it to the airport and pick up after your departure.
Unfortunately, despite an otherwise excellent Island bus service, Luskentyre is 2 miles from the nearest bus stop.
