How to get there

Scarborough is in the North of England on the North Yorkshire Coast and can be easily reached by road and rail. Scarborough, North Yorkshire can be reached by road nationally from the A1 or M1 which both run close to Leeds in West Yorkshire. The A64 from Leeds then runs directly to Scarborough. There are good road links from the A64 to all parts of the town including the A171 Scarborough to Whitby Road and the A165 Scarborough to Filey Road (which is the closest main approach to the house). Scarborough has its own railway station with most journeys arriving via York (or Middlesbrough). The house is only a 5-10 minute walk from the station. Nearest Airports: Leeds/Bradford Airport, Durham/Tees Airport, Nearest Ferry: Hull is the nearest Ferry Terminal (around 50 miles/80 km/75 minutes by road) to the South of Scarborough
