From the North

• Take M5 and continue onto A 38

• Follow A 380 towards Torquay

• At traffic island with Macdonalds and Sainsbury's, straight on A 380

• Continue along A 380 through Kingskerswell

• Turn right at traffic island towards Paignton and Brixham A 380
(Ring road)

• Continue over several traffic islands and traffic lights, turning right at T junction towards Dartmouth and Brixham.

• Turn next right past Churston Golf Club A 379 towards Dartmouth and Kingswear.

• At mini roundabout turn right at Hillhead and immediately left towards Kingswear (Lower Ferry)

• Road will wind gradually downhill until joining one way system, bearing left and uphill.

• Continue for 0.6 mile onto Lower Contour Road.

• “Christmas Place” is on the right hand side, adjacent to a lamppost with a “P” parking direction sign.

• Street parking is available on the left hand side (note permit restrictions)

• After unloading you may wish to park in the Darthaven Marina carpark, accessed further down the road and by following the road round to the right at the “banjo” bus stop area. Car park entrance is on the left.

• “Christmas Place” can be accessed to the rear by exiting the car park and crossing Brixham Road, through gate and up steps to rear of property.
