You know about the propane use and electric being metered for use? My caretaker can explain it it runs the hot water heater, the showers, the dishwasher, the heater and the stove. There is standard use and there is use that can be high if not careful that causes a high cost, because propane is shipped in by truck up there , in a big tank fill.
