How to get there
Literally only ten minutes drive from Phuket International Airport, and you don't have to drive out to the main highway to get there, hence basically NO traffic (unlike most other parts of the island where traffic can be quite bad these days).

Getting around
While the quietness and lack of development in Naithon is in many ways a big bonus, it also means that if you want to get out into the action you will need to either take a local taxi, or better yet just rent your own vehicle during your stay. Having your own vehicle opens up a lot more possibilities for places to go around Phuket to visit. Then again, if you just want to relax and hit the pool and go no farther than the beach or a stroll down the road, don't bother with the car hire!
