The bungalow is on a quiet lane, close to the crossing of the A16 and A17 main roads. There is ample parking for several cars in the gravelled driveway.
Train stations are at Spalding and Boston,and the nearest airport is East Midlands. Buses do serve the village, but a car is recommended.
