The nearest international airport is Edinburgh (about 40 minutes' drive). Glasgow airport is only about an hour away. Dundee also has a small airport serving London, Belfast and Birmingham. The nearest railway station is Perth - a 15 minute walk or just a short taxi ride away. Getting around
The centre of Perth is an easy walk from the house - the high street is just a couple of minutes away. We recommend a car if you plan to explore the surrounding area but it is not essential. Perth train station, which is just a 10-15 minute walk from the house, is well served by all the major Scottish cities. There are direct trains through to London and connections in either Edinburgh or Glasgow to many other destinations. For local travel there is a bus stop directly outside the house.
