Directions are provided to guests after they book. Car is the best way to get around but there is a limited bus service (information can be provided) and taxi services are available. The nearest train station is at Skipton (about 30 minutes drive)

Getting around
Car is the best way to get around to see the sights.There is limited bus service available (search online for Dalesbus) and taxi services are available. The nearest train station is at Skipton and has services to Leeds, Bradford , Carlisle and Lancaster. Cycling is also a great way to get around and we have a lockable store where guests can keep their bikes. Walking is also a great way to see this beautiful area and there are so many footpaths to use. The cottage has lots of maps and information. We are very happy to help guests if they need any information.
