The level walk from the car to the apartment is about 30 yards and once the block is entered a lift and stairs connect to all floors. The accommodation is all on one level and apart from the step up into the building there are no others involved. In consequence the apartment can be appreciated by those with full mobility and those whose mobility maybe a little impaired.
