From the North

1. M5 southbound to J23, Bridgwater

2. Turn right at first roundabout and left at second roundabout, signed 'Bridgwater'

3. Follow 'A39 Minehead' signs through Bridgwater

4. A39 to Williton (about 30 minutes from J23)

5. Turn left at mini-roundabout in Williton (after Shell garage and Spar)

6. In half a mile, take second turn right, signed 'Sampford Brett'

7. Turn right at the church

8. Francis Farm is the first building on your right; our drive is immediately after the farm, on the right

From the South:

1. M5 northbound to J28, Wellington

2. Turn left at first roundabout and right at second roundabout, signed 'A38 Taunton'

3. Turn left at next roundabout (about 4 miles), into A3065 'Silk Mills Lane'

4. Go over railway bridge, left at next roundabout (about 1 mile)

5. Right at next roundabout (100yds from previous one), signed 'A358 Minehead'

6. Continue on A358 for about 20 minutes

7. Turn left opposite a small petrol station (Quantock Garage), signed 'Sampford Brett'

8. Turn right at the church
