Best is to fly directly to Lefkas, the local airport on the mainland called PVK (Preveza), alternatively you can fly in to Athens or Thessaloniki and take a rental car from there. Both like 5 scenic hours.

Sivota is easy accessible by car. Omce on the island you drive south towards Nidri (20 minutes) from there you continue towards Vassiliki until you see a lef turn after approx. 15 minutes to Sivota.
