Exit from Airport car park. At roundabout, take the exit heading towards Limassol / Nicosia and the A3.

Continue along the A3 dual carriageway and follow signs for Ayia Napa and Paralimni (approx 45km).

As you approach the end of the dual carriage way, you will come to a roundabout with a slip lane where you will need to keep LEFT and follow signs for Paralimni / Protoras.

Continue along this dual carriage way, passing the Gas/Petrol station on your left. You will approach a roundabout, where you will need to continue straight. Continue on to the next roundabout and take the last exit (RIGHT), following the signs for Protoras – you should pass the local stadium (TASOS MARKOU) on your LEFT and TSOKKOS HOTELS HEAD OFFICES on your RIGHT.

Follow the dual carriageway, continuing STRAIGHT over the roundabout until you come to the end of the carriageway and a set of traffic lights.

At the traffic lights turn LEFT and follow the road until you reach the Ocean Aquarium which will be on your right just before a roundabout.

At this roundabout turn RIGHT (3rd exit) – you will see a Hellenic bank and some shops on this turning. The road forks at this turn off, keep to the RIGHT fork and follow the road signs for Serina Bay, Ayia Triada church / Trinity Bay.

This is a narrow winding road with some blind bends, passing through a built up area. Please proceed with care and do not speed.




As you continue along the road, you will pass Ayia Triada cottages on your LEFT and a little further on, there will be two Giavani developments as well as a development called “CHIOS VILLAS” on the RIGHT. .

Slow down at this development as you will need to take the next LEFT turn into the private close.

If you miss this, you can take the next LEFT just before the Falcon Villas development also located on the LEFT and just after you PASS our villa (there is a small courtyard/garden at the entrance to the Falcon development, including a small windmill)

If you continue the Crystal Springs Hotel, you will have gone too far !.

As you come around the crescent we are the second to last house on the right towards the end of the road.

Our Villa is No.39 – Be careful as the house opposite is no.39a !!, The villa can be identified by the clay numbers and sun figurines on the outside by the front door.
