How to get there
There is a half hourly train service from Gatwick to Shoreham by Sea. You will find a taxi rank outside Shoreham station.
Alternatively you can travel by train to Shoreham by Sea then catch a local bus to Steyning from Surry Street off Ham Road.
Get off opposite the clock tower in the High Street . The cottage is a few minutes walk. This is an hourly bus service.

Getting around
You may want to take advantage of the regular local bus services. The number 2 will take you to the local train station at Shoreham by Sea and Brighton. Shoreham by Sea station has trains to Brighton every 10 minutes and 2 trains an hour to London. Gatwick is a 35 minute drive.
