How to get there
We are 3 miles WEST OF TOWN towards Fairfield and Durango, about 1 mile away from the highway, good access but no road noise. The golf course is minutes away. Skiing - it takes about 30-35 minutes to drive to Wolf creek ski area. Look on the Pagosa Springs site for a long list of great outdoor activities and more all the year 'round. There are two roads in, one a bit less steep. Be aware that you may need a 4wd, or snow tires or possibly chains if it snows a lot. Some years we get a lot, some years, nothing being west of town (the other side, towards the slopes, gets a lot more)
