Hiring a car is probably the best way to get around and see every thing there is. Usually one fly's into Cape Town where there are many car hire places. That is one of the best ways so that one can drive the Garden Route to Knysna and experience the lovely scenery and other things that are on offer.The trip will take about 5 hours. The other way is to catch a flight to George which is 67 kms away from us or about 40 miles.There are also many car hire places at the airport. It takes less than and hour to our cottage . There are also buses which one can board, from Cape Town.
The roads are all in very good condition.
