How to get there
We are an hour's drive from Belfast and 3 hours from Dublin. Follow signs for The North then Coleraine/Portrush.
As you enter Portrush on the A29 (Coleraine Road) turn left at the Magheraboy House Hotel Junction. Continue along Loguestown Road a short distance until you see our cluster of cottages on the left. Turn left into the metal gates. We are the second paved parking area on the left - the cottage with the green door.
Portrush train station is just 5 minutes drive from our cottage with connections to Belfast and beyond.
There is year-round public transport but to make the most of the spectacular sights and attractions, we recommend a car.

Getting around
Copperpot Cottage is just over a mile to Portrush Harbour and beaches, so that's a 5 minute drive or a 25 minute walk. To make the most of the stunning Causeway Coast road and it's many attractions like The Giant's Causeway and Carick-a-Rede we'd recommend a car. Plenty of our guests have travelled exclusively on public transport and have thoroughly enjoyed getting about that way. The nearest bus stop is a few minutes walk and Portrush train station is a mile away.
