Most budget airlines fly into Lisboa and Oporto (Easyjet, Monarch Airlines, Ryanair, Air Berlin, German Wings, Vueling, etc.). Quinta da Barcoiça is easily reached by car, so the best solution is to hire a car at the airport. Most car hire companies are represented in both airports and cheap deals can be found easily on the internet.

You will take around 1 hour 30 minutes from Lisbon and 2 hours from Oporto. Coming from Lisbon take the A1, exit at Km 94 for the A23, direction Abrantes / Torres Novas. After 18 Km, exit for A13 in the direction of Tomar / Coimbra, proceed for about 32 Km, then take the exit marked Pias / Ferreira do Zêzere Norte. At the first roundabout turn left, direction Pias, pass under the A13, get to a second roundabout
