Here are some tips about getting to our beautiful island and Milna:The easiest way to Brac depends on your means of transport, and direction you are coming from. Generally, if you travel by car, bus or train, you need to reach Split or Makarska in central Dalmatia, where you can take a ferry or catamaran to Supetar (or Sumartin if you arrive from Makarska).If you go by plane, the closest local and international airports are Split, Zadar and Dubrovnik airport, and then you need to take a local bus, rent a car, or take a taxi to Brac. There is also airport on island Brac, (www.airport-brac.hr) equipped for acceptance and dispatching of a smaller commercial aircraft up to 100 seats during the day light and night. It is open all year long. Charter flights operate only during the summer season. Public transportation is not organised, but the taxi service is available during airport opening hours.Milna is only 18km from Supetar and you can reach it by local road in case you have a car (there are numerous indications from the Supetar harbour) or by bus.
