From M1 Exit at J8, follow signs for Hemel Hempstead (A414). Straight over two roundabouts, taking up right hand lane on dual carriageway. At the 'magic' roundabout (The Plough) roundabout, turn right at first mini roundabout and then right again at second one into Selden Hill.

The riverside apartment (Handleys Court) building is on right hand side, the building overlooking the roundabout. Car park gates are immediately underneath the building.
