How to get there
The easiest way to reach Lipno is by car from LInz:
In Linz follow the direction for Prague, after that take the B-126 to Bad Leonfelden. After this town you will pass the Czech border. Subsequently, take the road to Studansky and than the 161 to Vyssi Brod, where you will turn to Lipno nad Vltavou. In Lipno follow the direction Frymburk, after just 100 m you will see Restaurant ADMIRAL on your right:
turn right and up the hill passing family houses -> next V turn keep right
at the end of the road (approx 100m) make a right turn
after approx 50m take the first left turn and continue up the hill
(please note that the hill is quite steep and road uneven!)

Getting around
We recommend a car, but the village has also regular bus service, some directly from and to Prague (the CZ capital) and also the train station is located only 2km away from the house with regular fast train services even to Austria (Linz/ Salzburg) with 1 change in Rybnik.
