How to get there

St. Vincent now has its own international airport called the Argyle International Airport with various international carriers offering several weekly scheduled flights. There are weekly flights from Toronto, New York, Miami, and London.

From the Argyle International Airport, one would then have to take a taxi ride to the ferry terminal, followed by an enjoyable ferry ride to Bequia (takes about an hour, port-to-port). The ferry is a wonderful experience and a number visitors choose this way of getting to the island due to the beauty of the passage across.

The ferry runs on a fixed schedule and one should give sufficient time to arrive in St. Vincent and get to the ferry terminal before the last ferry leaves which is usually 6 pm. Guests can also plan to spend a night in St. Vincent, which can be a great experience, or we can assist in arranging our own powerboat for pick up the very same day or night.

Many visitors find it convenient to fly into the Barbados’ International Airport, as there are several daily direct flights to Bequia via Mustique and SVG Airways. Guests can book a scheduled flight or opt for a private charter, which is a particularly attractive option for larger groups.

This boutique plane service will have an airline representative meet and greet guests upon their arrival to Barbados and assist with this private service. Flying time is approximately thirty-five to forty-five minutes.

One also has the option to fly to other nearby international airports that serve as “gateways”, from where one can then connect with a local carrier, such as LIAT or Caribbean Airways, directly to St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Getting around

Although we are located in what is arguably the safest and most private area on the island, it is still easily accessible. Guests can use one of the island's reasonable and reliable taxis, or reserve our shuttle service before they arrive on the island. It generally takes 5 - 10 minutes to drive to the best beaches and places of activity on the island. Guests also have the option to book a rental vehicle if they prefer to have their own transport.
