Brides is a flat easy one hour drive from Chambery Airport (83 km), Grenoble (112 km), Lyon (169 km) or Geneva (168 km), which all have airports. All these towns (along with Moutiers (7 km) and Bourg Saint Maurice) also have major railway stations. The best way by train is direct by snowtrain from St Pancreas or change in Paris to TGV. The self drive option will take between 7 to 10 hours from Calais. Taxis and buses are available from Moutiers or from airports.
