How to get there
Transport connections to the island of Crete are excellent. Throughout the year, Crete is connected to Athens and therefore the rest of the world, by around 15 flights a day to the two airports on the island at Chania and Heraklion. Between April and October, over a hundred charter flights each week connect the island directly with the whole of Europe. Charter flights can be booked at numerous sites on the internet – just type 'Crete flights' into Google and away you go!

Getting around
PLACES YOU CAN VISIT NEAR PRINOS • Small church of Ag. Nikolaos in Skaleta beach, with the very nice sunset (1km from the Villa). • Small church of Panagia Latzimas out of Prinos, on a hill 800m from the Villa. Very nice view it celebrates on the 15th of August. They used to make an epitafios like the holy Friday. • At the beach of Skaleta small boats are leaving for small cruises to Panormo caves & around the area. • Polious House in Asteri Village (about 6 km from the Villa) nice tavern & small museum with old tools of ancient Crete. • Melidoni Village (cave) also a factory of olive oil. You don’t have to pay entrance, there is a lady explaining everything how the olive – oil is been product. Of course you can buy some olive oil.
