Leave Marmaris and enter the road that leads to Datca. Follow this road for about 66 kilometer, until you reach a crossroad just before Datca. Follow the sign that reads Knidos (Turn right.).
After following this road for about 650 meters you will see a junction. One way leads to Knidos and the other to the Ferryboat. Keep following Knidos (Turn left.).
Stay on this road for about 10 kilometres and you should reach another junction. Follow the sign that reads Mesudiye (Turn Left.).
After about 1.5 kilometres you should be able to spot the sea if you look to your left, Villa Vino is the only house you can see. It is easier to find Villa Vino if you can spot it beforehand.
If you travel for another 500 metres on this road you will reach the driveway that leads to Villa Vino. It will be on your left and there will be a sign that reads Villa Vino.
