How to get there
You shall get off from the ship at the port of Gavrion and you shall follow the road to Batsi and Chora Andros.
You shall reach Batsi town after approx. 20 minutes of conservative driving.
Next town to reach after Batsi is Paleopoli (5-10 minutes conservative driving).
At the exit of Paleopoli on your right hand side you shall see a sign mentioning "Municipality of Andros".
Our house is exactly 2km after this sign. When reaching you shall notice the private concrete road of the house on your left hand side and a big stone built fencing.
You shall go up this road for approx. 60 meters and you shall enter in the second metallic blue colored gate door on your left hand side.

Getting around
The capital of the island, Hóra (which means “main village”) is home to famous Greek captains and ship owners, and there is a remarkable combination of medieval, neoclassical and island style evident in its houses. Flights of stairs, a spacious square with trees, narrow streets, remarkable churches and museums, shops, cafes and restaurants play their part in the beauty of the place. To top that beauty off, there is a Frankish castle on an islet connected to the main island with an arched stone bridge of the 13th century. Enjoy the flora of the main island: chestnut, walnut, sycamore, oak, weeping willows, poplar, mulberry, osier and olive trees, fields of thyme, crocus and sage, and, in between, paved paths
