Getting around
Although a car is not needed it is recommended if you truly want to explore the island independently. However, local buses can get you to most tourist beaches and spots and taxis are readily available to take you wherever you want to go. There is a huge supermarket and shopping centre in nearby Holetown, which is about 20 minutes walk or a 5 minute drive from the house.
