Pool cleaner comes twice a week
If you use the outside cooking area this MUST be cleaned after use and not left with oils and fats. If this is not cleaned throughly, costs may be taken from your security deposit
Drains sometimes smell in spain due to the heat, we can’t do anything about it
A family car will be on the drive, it’s the owners and cannot be moved.

Getting around
Bus service available but we would definitely recommend car hire. Additional Pool / jacuzzi cleaner comes once a week There is CCTV externally in the villa. Internally there is an intruder camera in the master bedroom. This does not record, it take photographs in the event of the intruder alarm being set off There is a black fob for the alarm, please use this when your out of the property. Set to lock and you’ll hear it stop beeping We have a pool table & and darts. If parts are broken, costs will be charged.
