When you'll arrive in Lecce, at the second roundabout ( the one with only the olive trees ) , turn immediately right . You will see in front of you a big obelisk . Arrive to the obelisk and, on the left, you will see a big stone archway . That is Porta Napoli . The parking is located in Via Adua , 200 mt. on the right of the gate, on the right side of the road . It costs 8 € per day . There is a toll park 60 cent per hour (from 9 to 14 and from 16 to 21) very close to the entrance to the Old Town near my house.
