How to get there
From Belfast avoid Enniskillen by branching of the main road at Maguiresbridge into Lisnaskea and follow directions to Derrylin approx. 12 miles on entering Derrylin turn left on the A509 for 4 miles passing through Teemore. You will see on the left a sign for Derryvore Quay, take this road and travel along Sophie's Cottage is on the right.

Getting around
You do need a car as we are in the countryside. Local taxi companies are available if you want to go to Belturbet for night life. The local country roads are ideal for cycling or walking. You can take a bus from Derrylin or Belturbet to Dublin, a bus goes every hour.
