Beechworth/ Stanley is a short (1 hour) flight from Sydney followed by a 40 minute picturesque drive up to the high country and Beechworth/Stanley. Qantas, Virgin and Regional Express fly from Sydney to Albury. Regional Express flies from Melbourne. There are many car hire companies in Albury Airport.

Driving from Melbourne we are 3.5 hours door to door via the Hume Highway, exit Wangaratta. Break the journey at 1.5 hours to visit Fowles Winery for delicious lunch or coffee - just before the Avenel intersection. It is well signposted.
