Take junction 6 off the M25 towards Westerham , follow the signs towards Oxted, Follow Bluehouse lane past the Barn Theatre towards Titsey hill, turn right onto White Lane and on towards Tatsfield Village on the Kent/ Surrey border, approx 8 minutes from the motorway. Follow Approach rd around past the pond and the school and turn left and the next turning into Rickitts hill road, follow it down for a approx one mile past the green and there is a private road on your left called Paynesfield rd leading to Kemsley rd, follow the road to the bottom turn right and then follow it round to the left.
