If you are arriving at Guatemala City airport I will need the details of your flight so that the driver will know to wait if your plane in delayed. The ride from the city generally takes between 2.5-3 hours to Panajachel. Once in Panajachel the shuttle will take you via some shops where you can to buy provisions. Afterwards the driver can take you to a private boat from Panajachel to Santa Cruz (generally $20) where Ramos will meet you on the dock and show you to the estate.
