From the South and the Midlands ...... Arrange your route to the M54 which is off Junction 10a on the M6 Follow M54 past Telford and head for the A5 for Shrewsbury (bypass). Take the A458 and head for Welshpool. At Mallwyd please take the A470/A489 to Machynlleth. Go through Machynlleth and at the T junction in Machynlleth turn right following A470 towards Dolgellau,travel about about 1 mile on at river bridge and then turn left onto A493 to Aberdyfi/Tywyn. Aberdyfi is about 9 miles on.


If you are travelling from the North ...... please head for Queensferry on the M56 - A5117 - A550 you then take the A494 to Mold - Ruthin - Bala - Dolgellau. Once you are at Dolgellau, turn right onto the A470 for just over a mile then left onto the A493 to Tywyn. Go through Tywyn staying on A493 to Aberdovey which is approximatley 4 miles away..
