How to get there

Driving time from airport Cork City to house is approx. 1 ½ hours from Cork, take the main road (N71). Coming from the airport, follow the signs to West Cork or N71, do not take the coast road (sometimes also signposted West Cork) or go to Kinsale. When you are on the N71, follow signs to Innishannon, then to Bandon, then to Clonakilty, then to Rosscarbery, then to Skibbereen. There are relief roads round Bandon and Clonakilty avoiding the town centres. After Rosscarbery, pass through Leap (halfway between Rosscarbery and Skibbereen). About 1 mile west beyond Leap, turn left signposted to Union Hall. In Union Hall cross the causeway, turn right at T-junction to leave the village uphill (passing Fullers (Centra) supermarket on your left). Follow the road round to the left past the R.C. Church, then after about half-a-mile fork right (sign-posted to Reen Pier), pass the old Schoolhouse to reach the old Creamery building near the lake. Fork left here (sign-posted to Myross), leaving the lake on your right, and follow the road for approximately one mile, cross the causeway and bear left for about a further half mile towards Squince Harbour wall. Just prior to Squince Harbour, turn very sharp right up the steep track and the house is the white house first on the left. The key is secured in a key safe at the right of the front door to which tenants will be given the code. A key is also held by the housekeeper Sarah O'Brien who lives nearby in Union Hall.
