When you rent this apartment we would need a security deposit, normally we ask 300 euros. This is to be paid in cash on arrival. We are always there to meet you at the apartment on your first day so any queries over existing damage if any can be noted at this time with your agreement. This money returned to you on your day of departure if all is well in the apartment. This is a standard procedure in the Canary Islands.

Upon your arrival please call us to say you have landed, we will meet you at the front of the property with the keys and it is at this time when you will pay the remaining balance.(if applicable). Any other Questions you have please do not hesitate to contact us.

Transfer to 1-4 people from the South Airport - 35 euros one way (€ 60 round trip).
Transfer to 1-4 people from the North Airport - 80 euros one way (140 euros round trip).
