COURSE AT HOME FOR ITALIAN PASTA

At La Villa, courses of fresh pasta are organized, an ancient tradition handed down from mother to daughter, which girls learn from early childhood.

MONICA and BARBARA, will follow you, step by step, in all stages of fresh pasta production, such as:

- mix the ingredients

- "rolling pin" techniques (rolling pin)

- creation of different sizes of pasta

We will reveal the ancient secrets of traditional dishes and teach you how to cook fresh egg pasta. We will discover what are the most pleasant and tasty sauces for our different types of pasta.

A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE THAT WILL STIMULATE YOUR SENSES TO DISCOVER AN OLD CRAFTSMANSHIP.

We will eat together the result of our efforts:

-Tortelloni with ricotta cheese

-Tagliatelle with "ragù" (ragù)

-Tortellini in broth or with cream
