From the M27 heading towards Bournemouth, the road becomes the A31 continue on this untill you see the Little Chef on the left just round the bend you will see a sign for Emery Down, take this and go across the forest and through the tiny hamlet of Emery Down at the T junction, turn right onto the A35 you will have now avoided Lyndhurst which can be a real bottle neck during the summer months.
continue on the A35 for about 15 minuets until you see the sign and turning on the left towards New Milton, Bashley and Wootton, go over the cattle grid and continue for about 1/4 mile until you see a small track on the left hand side Wootton farm Road, take this track for 200m and then turnright into Rhinefield Road, we are the first bungalow on the right hand side.
