How to get there
Arriving from Heraclion:Follow the national road to Chania, and follow the exit to Kalives. Then follow the signs for Vamos. After you pass the small Tsivaras Village, and before Vamos, you will follow the signs to Douliana (left and the left again)As soon as you enter Douliana, the 1st building that you will meet in your left is an old Carpentry Shop (notice the big black wooden saw than hangs over door). You are there! Honk twice and Mr. Manolis will lead you to your parking behind.Arriving from ChaniaFollow the national road to heraclion. Locate and follow the exit for Kalives . Getting around
Although build on a dead end, Douliana is hardly isolated. The Vamos and Kalives village are within 8 min (by car) range. There is a constant bus connection with Chania-Rethimno-Heraclion. The blue flag beaches of Kalives and Almirida are in 3 km distance For going to Heraclion you will need a taxi to drop you at the national highway. Heraclion-Chania busses are every half an hour.
