Leave the A55 at Junction 24 (Abergele) and take the A547 into the town. At the second set of traffic lights take the left hand turn onto the A548 (signposted for Llanrwst). Aprroximately 3 miles outside Abergele there is a crossroads with a right hand turn signposted for Betws-yn-Rhos (the B5381). Go through the village past the shop and church on the right and the pub on the left and then past the village school (again on the right). The next turning on the left after the village school is a small lane that heads uphill and leads to Ffarm Country House which is the second turning on the left and the keys to the Ffarm Flat can be collected from the hotel reception.
