With the introduction of the Peninsula Link, travel times to and from the Mornington Peninsula have been dramatically reduced. From Melbourne, take the Monash Freeway (M1). Take the exit on to Eastlink (M3) towards Frankston and then turn on to the Peninsula Link (M11). Take the Tyabb Road exit and turn Right. Follow this through Mornington to 719 Esplanade and turn left to The Esplanade Bed & Breakfast. There is a car park opposite the Bed and Breakfast and off street parking is also available.

By Public Transport
Take the train to Frankston Station and then Catch the 781, Mt Martha Bus. The Webb Street stop is at the doorstep of The Esplanade Bed and Breakfast.
